Registration data and any other information about the User is subject to the Privacy Policy guidelines detailed in this document.
TETRA PAK, S.A. (hereinafter, “Tetra Pak”) is the sole and exclusive title holder of the “Pack Story” app (hereinafter, the “APP”). Downloading and using the APP grants the APP User status (hereafter, the “User”) and implies total, unreserved acceptance of the usage terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “T&C”). The User may download the APP and use it without registering.
This APP privacy policy (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy”) and the T&C rule the User’s APP usage and the relationship between the User and Tetra Pak. In particular, this Privacy Policy rules personal data processing by Tetra Pak and has been made as the provisions of the applicable current legislation on the protection of personal data.
This Privacy Policy may be modified for multiple reasons, such as the use of new information processing technologies, changes that may be made to the APP or Tetra Pak marketing systems.
Changes made to this Privacy Policy will be disclosed by updating the www.packstorycc.app website or by notifying the User, whichever comes first.

1. Data use application
Tetra Pak is responsible for the User’s personal data processing. Tetra Pak will not use personal data for any purpose other than those expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy, except for purposes expressly permitted or required by current applicable laws or if Tetra Pak obtains Prior Consent from the User.
2. Personal information
- Tetra Pak will only use the User’s identity information, including his/her/their name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (hereinafter, “Personal Information”) for the service’s own purposes or for its own marketing purposes, but in no case will that information be disclosed to third parties without the User’s consent.
- By entering the Personal Information required by the APP, the User expressly consents for this data to be part of a database owned by Tetra Pak. Accordingly, whoever provides the Personal Information acknowledges that he/she/they does so on an absolutely voluntary basis and that it is true.
3. Sending messages
Tetra Pak may send the User messages intended to confirm their registration, notify them of any modification of the T&Cs of the APP or this Privacy Policy. Tetra Pak may send the User emails promoting products or services. When providing your Personal Information, the User will have the option to request through the APP its inclusion in the list of people to whom Tetra Pak will send such messages. If the User wishes to be excluded from the aforementioned list, he/she/they must also indicate it through the APP. Choosing an option does not restrict the User from subsequently changing it. In certain circumstances, and given the technology features used in the APP, should the User not choose the option to register, or if he/she/they subsequently requests its removal from the aforementioned list, he/she/they may be deprived of some of the benefits for which his/her Personal Information is required.
4. Privacy exceptions
All Personal Information, and any other data about the User in his/her/their possession which must be disclosed in compliance with an order issued by a judicial or administrative authority that Tetra Pak reasonably deems competent to request it, is exempt from the privacy commitment.
Tetra Pak may also disclose Personal Information whenever there is an attempt to break the APP’s security or a threat against you, Tetra Pak or third parties.
Finally, the User must acknowledge that, by providing any information about him/herself or themselves through APP communications, said information may eventually be collected and used by third parties without his/her/their consent.
Even if Tetra Pak makes its best efforts to protect its privacy, it will not be able to guarantee the security of the information that the User voluntarily provides through online communications, and therefore disclosing said information is its sole responsibility.
5. Inquiry registration
- Tetra Pak does not sell, market or rent the User’s Personal Information to others. However, Tetra Pak may share added generic demographic information not linked to any personal information regarding visitors and users with business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers to be used for the purpose expressly provided in this Privacy Policy.
- Tetra Pak reserves the right, at its own discretion, to give third parties permission to display advertisements or statements whenever the User uses the APP. These companies may use the information the User has provided within this APP (except their Personal Information), as well as on other sites, solely for the purpose of disseminating advertisements or statements relevant to the APP.
6. Links to other sites
Tetra Pak has advertising or other content that link to third-party sites or services. Although linked sites have initially been reviewed, it is impossible to permanently control the content or links they offer, as many of them are frequently modified and have their own privacy policy. Therefore, it will be convenient for the User, before providing any information to a linked site, to verify the applicable privacy policy.
7. Security policy
Tetra Pak has taken all measures at its technological and economic reach to ensure your privacy. However, Tetra Pak disclaims liability for any interception, deletion, alteration, modification or manipulation in any way of Personal Information contents and data by third parties outside the APP.
8. Ownership of information
All information provided to Tetra Pak in connection with the APP is property of Tetra Pak.
9. Correcting information
The User may correct or delete his/her/their Personal Information stored in the APP´s database. To do this, the User must send an email to: info@packstorycc.app
10. Registration / Deregistration option
The User who has requested to be included in the list of people to whom the APP sends information may at any time request to be deleted from said list by sending an email to: info@packstorycc.app
11. Acceptance of terms
The use of the PPP imports the express acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree to this Privacy Policy, he/she/they must not use the APP. Likewise, if the User continues to make use of the APP after implementing modifications to the Privacy Policy, it will be considered as their acceptance of said modifications.
12. Jurisdiction and applicable law
Any matter between Tetra Pak and the User shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, to the exclusion of any rules referred to the application of a foreign law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Republic of Panama.
